Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes what Towns County Busted Mugshots receives when visitors use the pages, search tools, and contact channels, how that information is used, and when it may be shared. Using the service means accepting the practices described here. A third-party provider's own notice applies to information sent to that provider.

Information You Send

Search Terms Go to the Provider

When a visitor enters a name, place, or other text into an embedded search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Towns County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy notice controls what it does with the query after transmission.

Messages and Contact Requests

Email and contact-form messages are retained as needed to read, respond, and keep a reasonable record of the exchange. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or a service needed to deliver the reply.

How Information Is Used

Outside Sites and Advertising

Once a visitor follows an outbound link, the destination's privacy policy and data practices apply. Towns County Busted Mugshots does not control those policies, content, availability, or security.

Some advertising partners may use their own cookies or similar tools to observe activity across different websites and select targeted advertisements. That activity takes place on the partners' systems, not under the control of this privacy notice.
